A focused 30-day system for training, nutrition, recovery, accountability, and private cohort support, built so you know exactly what to do next and who is doing it with you.
Program Overview
The 30-Day Intensive is designed for people willing to train consistently, follow nutrition structure, track progress honestly, and use the full platform. The goal is clarity and momentum: what to learn today, what workout comes next, what to eat, what to measure, and how to stay plugged into a class community that keeps the energy up.
The program is based on published scientific research and published Fit Code books, then translated by the founder and team into a user-friendly dashboard so students can learn about their body, understand their body, and apply the method with less confusion.
Weekly education explains the method behind training, fasting, nutrition, recovery, and consistency.
Training is organized around movement quality, exercise selection, progression, volume, recovery, and measurable effort.
The recipe collection helps students eat high-protein, practical meals that support the program without bland restriction.
Students can track workouts and strength progress so training choices become more intentional over time.
Weight, body measurements, smart-scale metrics, and progress photos help students see what is actually changing.
Each 30-day class gets its own private community where students hype each other up, share wins, ask questions, adapt the plan to real life, and stay accountable together.
Choose the goal that matters most right now. The program connects that goal to a clear training, nutrition, and tracking plan.
Founder & Coach
The Fit Code came from Alex living the problem first: years of hard training, research, frustration, and refining what actually moved the needle. The breakthrough was realizing that training, fasting, food, recovery, tracking, and accountability had to work together.
That became the 30-Day Intensive: a clear roadmap for when to eat, how to train, what to track, how to recover, and how to stay consistent when motivation fades.
Alex then built a team around the mission, turning published scientific research, published Fit Code books, and practical coaching experience into a platform students can understand, use, and stick with.
Inside The System
The program combines fasting structure, progressive training, strategic nutrition, recovery, and tracking. Each chapter explains the lever, then turns it into a practical playbook you can follow inside the 30-day dashboard.
Lever 01
A practical eating-window framework for appetite control, energy, fat loss, and consistency without turning your day into a willpower test.
Lever 02
Better exercise selection, form, progression, and workout structure so your effort creates a clear signal for strength and muscle.
Lever 03
Protein-forward meals, macros, recipes, and supplement habits that support fat loss, muscle retention, performance, and adherence.
Lever 04
Sleep, stress, hydration, soreness, measurements, and progress checks so your body can recover and you can adjust intelligently.
The 30-Day Intensive includes the Fit Code Recipe Book so your meals support the work. You get macro-friendly options that are practical, flavorful, and easy to repeat.
Who This Is For
Who This Is Not For
Strength training, nutrition structure, and sustainable fasting can move body composition forward without making cardio the whole plan.
The recipe book gives you simple, high-protein meals that make consistency easier without removing flavor from the process.
You understand what to eat, how to train, what to track, and how to adjust when life gets busy.
You have a repeatable routine instead of a collection of disconnected tips.
The goal is not just a strong month. It is a clearer standard for how you take care of your body afterward.
A quick look at the level of structure inside the program: smart training categories, exercise breakdowns, form cues, muscle targets, and swaps. Enough to see the quality, not the full roadmap.
